This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled so both clients and freelancers know what to expect.
Either party can request a cancellation if milestones haven't started or scope has materially changed. We'll review the request and mediate when needed.
For hourly contracts, cancel before the weekly billing cycle closes to avoid charges for logged hours.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing typically completes in 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Platform fees are refundable only when a project is canceled before work begins or when our mediation process confirms non-delivery.
Open a support ticket from your dashboard or email support@taskluminous.com with your order number, timeline of events, and any evidence demonstrating non-delivery.
