TaskLuminous connects businesses and independent talent. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the platform.

Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for any activity conducted through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.

Marketplace Conduct

Freelancers agree to deliver work according to the agreed scope, milestones, and timelines. Clients commit to providing clear requirements, timely feedback, and prompt payment.

All communication related to a contract should remain on TaskLuminous to ensure transparent dispute resolution and safety for both parties.

• No solicitation to transact outside the marketplace.
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality.
• Avoid spam, harassment, or discriminatory language.

Payments & Disputes

Escrow releases occur when both parties mark milestones complete. In the event of a disagreement, contact support within seven days so we can mediate a fair resolution.

Administrative or processing fees may apply to withdrawals, refunds, or chargebacks. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party.
